I decided to go ahead and get this Christmas Home Tour up so it will force me to get my butt in gear and finish decorating before it is time to put everything away! Last year we started at the front door with our sweet dog Yummy. She hasn’t been feeling well the last couple of weeks so we will find her either in her bed or under the kitchen table. Her dog food was making her sick! I spent yesterday and today boiling chicken and adding rice and sweet potatoes and making individual packets of food and freezing a months worth. Thankfully she is feeling a bit better everyday. Well, so much for all of that. You are here for the Christmas Home Tour. Let’s get on with it.
The plan was to use things we already had and not purchase anything new. So much for that plan. Target had the cutest vintage looking ornaments that I could not resist!
The little pink elf has since made her way to the dining room tree and I found some of her buddies online and those came home too. I think they all need names don’t you?
Candles and flowers greet us in the foyer and then we head into the craft room and dining room. The dining room tree is decorated very girly. The family room tree is usually decorated with all of the ornaments collected over the years. This year we only had lights and a garland on it. Still very pretty.
I’ll start decorating earlier next year. I always say that but never do. Maybe next year will be the year! 😂🎄 Hope you enjoyed the little tour and your Christmas!
