I arranged a coffee bar. Coffee station. What ever you call it.
You know what?
We don’t even drink coffee.
Well, my sweet husband does get coffee sometimes when he is out. Never at home.
So, right now you are probably thinking, how weird to set up a coffee bar when your family doesn’t even drink it.
Not weird at all.
Well. Maybe a little.
We do drink tea, apple cider and hot cocoa.
Be we, I mean me.
So. I’m basically setting this up for me.
Or anyone that wants to visit. Actually there is coffee for anyone that wants that.
This is in our eat in kitchen area by the door that leads out to the garage and another that leads to the dining room.
Just move the plant and the little honey bear and you can play records.
I’ve started collecting old ones from the 50’s.
I keep extra plates on the bottom and that basket is usually full of cookbooks and recipes I’ve torn out of magazines just for the fun of it.
Do you rip recipes out of magazines and never make them?
Oh! It’s just me?
That little honey bear is just for decoration. I don’t want to mess him up by putting honey in there.
I especially like this area at night with the lights.
So cozy!
Here is what you will need for this non-coffee station.
Table – this one has been used all over this house over the years
A pretty runner or cloth for your table -this one is from Hobby Lobby
Coffee maker with pods for tea, apple cider, hot cocoa or even coffee.
Mugs or tea cups and something to hang them on
Cake stand to hold napkins, small spoons, extra pods or even cake
Pretty string of lights for night time coziness. These are from Target dollar spot last year. These would be very pretty!
Don’t forget a record player 😀
This is the cake plate and the jar that holds the extra pods
I hope you got some ideas for your very own coffee or non-coffee station. If you have one or decide to make one share with me in the comments.
Enjoy!

I totally love this! I don’t drink coffee either. My husband does, but generally picks it up on his way to the airport or office. I’m a cocoa gal, and Starbucks is my best friend. Or was. Since quarantine, we’ve given up Starbucks and make our coffee/cocoa at home. Or I should say, my husband does the making. You’ve inspired me to do a little rearranging and turn our coffee/cocoa bar into something worthy your post! xo
Linda says
Awww. You are so sweet Juliet!
Have a lovey day!
