One Room Challenge Week 4

So, its’s week 4 of the One Room Challenge already! Time seems to be flying by! The painting is done. I ended up not liking the color of the cabinets and repainted those. I loved them and then I didn’t! In the morning light they looked too blue instead of gray. Thankfully there are just two of them.

The decorating and fussing over the details is my favorite part of any room refresh. The light fixture I chose is on backorder and wouldn’t you know it, the second one is on backorder too. What to do? What to do? It is possible one or the other will come on time. If not, I guess I could just tape a photo of it where it will go! 😂 Fingers crossed for it to come soon! Everything else is all set and ready to go. I think?

These beautiful photos came today and will replace the beige rose prints that were in the bathroom. I plan to use the same frames and mats. We shall see though. These prints are from the beautiful Etsy shop of Georgiannalane. You should check out her Instagram if you like these. She has some beautiful books that you can get lost in for even more beauty. The plan is to get everything done this weekend. Well, all except the light fixture. Using this bathroom without a mirror or vanity light is not ideal. Thankfully the exhaust fan has a light and  the new mirror will be hung this Friday. I’ll give sneak peaks until the final reveal for week six.

Okay, so what else needs to be done?

Install faucet and shower head – Install light fixture when it comes – Decorate and make pretty! 💗 Light a candle and take a bubble bath! 💗 Oh! I can’t forget the flowers! 💗
