Equipment

  • Mixer
  • Measuring Cup
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Baking Sheets
  • Parchment Paper
  • Mixing Spoon
  • Spatula
  • Fork

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Butter Room Temp
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar Packed
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1-1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Cream the butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla by hand or in a mixer on low.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl
  • Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture
  • Use 2 teaspoons to place dough onto greased or parchment lined cookie sheets a few inches apart
  • Dip a fork into water or flour and crisscross and very lightly press dough
  • Bake at 375 degrees for about 10-12 minutes
  • Cool a bit then transfer to cooling rack or paper towels to cool
